Who knew that video games would win us a lifetime of love?

Yes, it is true; We met through our shared love for video games. It was a fateful game of League of Legends that brought us together. Eventually Simon took the chance to fly from England to visit Jewel in Canada and we became inseparable. Every year we fly back and forth from our home bases in Canada, England, and Germany to visit each other. Trust us, we cannot wait to spend less time flying and settle down as a couple.

The two of us have travelled across North America and Europe together as we continue to find connections through travel and adventure. Several years later, on November 9th, 2021, Simon proposed to Jewel in Point Pleasant Park, Halifax, Nova Scotia. A beautiful picnic with an unexpected guest - a seal!

We are looking forward to intertwining our lives through marriage. Inviting our friends and family to come together from across the globe is an exciting way to celebrate this new chapter of our lives.
